Delete your data
You own your data. You can remove your PropUp account and the personal information we hold at any time — there are three ways to do it.
PropUp is operated by Bowrand Inc. (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) and handles personal information under Canada's PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA.
1. From your Facebook or Instagram settings
Open Facebook or Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove PropUp. Meta notifies us automatically, and we permanently delete the access tokens and channel records linked to your account within 24 hours.
2. Inside PropUp
Sign in and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, contacts, messages, and connected channels. Some records may be retained briefly where law requires (e.g. billing/tax).
3. By email
Email support@bowrand.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We confirm and complete the request within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, contacts, conversations, social/email connections, and stored OAuth tokens. We do not sell personal data. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
